Clients may cancel their appointment up to 24 hours in advance to receive a full refund of their deposit. If a cancellation is made within 24 hours of the scheduled appointment, the deposit becomes non-refundable, but clients are entitled to one reschedule at no additional cost. If the appointment is not rescheduled within that 24-hour window, or if the rescheduled appointment is cancelled or rescheduled again, the deposit will be forfeited.
