Cancellation Policy
Deposit & Rescheduling Policy
All appointments require a deposit to reserve your time. Deposits are non-refundable, as they secure the appointment slot and cover preparation for your service.
Clients may reschedule once at no additional cost if the change is made at least 24 hours before the appointment.
If a cancellation or reschedule is made within 24 hours, or if a rescheduled appointment is cancelled or changed again, the deposit will be forfeited.
